Meet Your Instructor
My name is Lorenzo Pagnotta, I’ve been a fitness coach for over 11 years and have worked with seniors for over 20. I am also a Registered Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, and Fascia Stretch Therapist. I specialize in helping older adults stay strong, mobile, and confident through safe, thoughtful movement.
I grew up surrounded by people with chronic health conditions, so I’ve always cared deeply about making health and wellness more accessible. Over the years, I’ve worked in gyms, faced challenges, and listened to stories from folks who felt left out of traditional fitness spaces.
Today, I offer inclusive options that focus on real-life strength, body awareness, and community. I’m proud to support seniors and LGBTQ+ individuals with fitness that feels empowering—not overwhelming.
